The most contagious yet pleasurable disease

Being positive gives us better opportunities to meet good people like having better friends, colleagues, boss and so on. Others mistakenly interpret the true meaning of happiness. We have people out there feels upbeat when they have more of something than the less somebody else has of it. Like because they are wealthy, they feel happy as they can buy all the material things they want. Yet, this isn’t the case as it is only a false happiness when we think that we are happy when we are better off than others. When we see people feel positive and joyful despite of their nothingness, it rubs off on us and we can be contaminated with their inner happiness from simple contentment. And if we can define true happiness, the more we can interact with others and easier for them to feel happier too.

The most challenging part being internally happy is when we are surrounded by our ‘not so type’ of people. But being highly motivated to achieve that inner bliss we can at any way resolve to maintain our positivity no matter how many waves of anion push you to shore, you will definitely have some positive effect in your surroundings. It may give you rough road but be persistent. Always remember that we all love happy positive people and happiness attracts more happiness, chain reaction. Be the carrier of the most contagious disease in the whole universe, BLISS!!

Leave Your Past Behind

“Many people with childhood scars are hurt mostly by what somebody said to them or about them, more than what was done to them. It is an absolute fallacy if we think we are better off by motivating ourselves to achieve our goals with nasty comments, name calling and other negative motivational techniques. Sing these negative techniques may mean that sometimes we will win the battle of achieving a specific short term goal, but we will lose the war-we won’t be able to maintain a happy motivated disposition if we continually put ourselves down. When we learn to positively motivate ourselves we will not only win the battle and achieve our short-term goals, but we will win the war and be an upbeat, motivated, energetic, ball of fire-long term. “Excerpt from 7 Ancient Keys to Happiness – a 90-day Lesson-a-day Guide In Achieving Inner Bliss

We all have bad childhood experiences and memories that up to now is still haunting us. But we must not forget that we need a positive motivation to endure what we really want to happen in our life. Upon contemplating on my experiences back when I was child, the memoirs that surface doesn’t help me to feel better. I made a choice in thinking happy thoughts instead as it give me happy energy to keep going everyday. I affirm to myself that I will not let any distasteful judgment stain my advocacy in making a great change in my life.

You Listen, You WILL Talk

Have you experienced just to sit and listen to yourself ? Can you hear some sort of whispering inside your head? What are they telling you? Is it benefits you? Does it makes you even more confused?Or both? Let’s identify these low tones ringing in your thoughts.

Say, you are in an fight with a close friend of yours. In the middle of the heat, you have alleged offending words to him and he has thrown same on you. After the argument, when everything is in its cool, you can’t get rid of the disagreement you had. It keeps on buzzing in your head and you can no longer ignore it. And so you were in your deep thoughts. As you sit and reflect, you heard voices in your head saying “..what’s done is done. You hurt him, he hurt you. Just let it go.. just let it be the way it happened. Just forget the memory and live on..move on”. Then in the midst of silence there is another voice saying “ what’s done is done, you both hurt each other. But even though he busted on you,you still owe him an apology. Go and talk to him. You may not be able to undo and delete the hurt from the incident but you can make it right. Just go to him and talk..”

So, can you differentiate now the voices? Hmmmmmm let’s call the first voice as the noisy and the latter the quiet voice. For now, let’s focus more on our quiet voice.

In every difficult situation we are into, usually we hold our to our spiritual belief, especially to GOd. Yes, it is very powerful. But it would be more powerful if we also hold on to our self. Going into the deepest part of our heart, there we can find all the answers of our emotions. Who do we find there?..the quiet voice or the voice of our soul. When we can turn on that voice, then we won’t be terrified or anxious to face every problem especially when it often disturbs the flow of calmness of our mind.

The quiet voice will guide us to the bright path where ultimate happiness awaits. There will be times that we believe it is so hard to do what the voice is telling us to do. But we need to trust that voice coz it’s the same thing as trusting our self. He knows what’s best for us. He knows what are the rightful actions and decisions and he will encourage us that we can really choose the right choice. We just need to listen deep and then we will be on our full potential with soaring self-esteem.

I will be sharing you more on the quiet voice inside us on my next post. Masalam =D

'SELF' is Complex

Have you experienced that intuitive feeling asking "why am i like this?" or "why do i act like this?", "do i really know my self?" ? Have you had your 'aha moments?'

S
ELF is the subject of every matter. For over centuries now, psychologists and philosopher are continually studying the evolution of an individual. Even altering the DNA is made possible already. Human beings are interconnected with his environment with unknown reason. That's why at all times our actions are so difficult to foretell.

We have this still small voices that vibrate into all the corners of our head. Others call it conscience, while some conveniently prefer it as the moral judgement. From the book 7 Ancient Keys to Happiness, the voices are described as the noisy voice and the quiet voice. These elements are the one responsible for our emotional reaction, physical response, and our divine motivation. Whatever you do right now, whatever you have and have not at this moment, or you may have succeeded and failed at the same time, it's is tough to point out why it happened. Oh well, 'cause it just happened. =)

Nevertheless, we are responsible of our every actions and decisions. We may have read and known tons of knowledge on our cognitive and affective representation of our behavioural attributes and mannerisms but somehow we still can't figure out the exact and precise answers from our doubts on its about. That's our nature, that's how we are created.
