You are What You Say

One of my ways in knowing people is how they talk or what they talk about. For so many times, I am misjudged for being strict through my face (duh!), Yes I am strict but not to the extent that I would become irrational. At first meet, I am silent and observant. I am reading people on things they talk about. Sometimes I gauge one’s intellect by knowing what he or she usually discusses. Even if I am like this, it doesn’t mean that I judge them. First impression doesn’t works for me coz it’s bias.

I find it odd when people are talking bad stuffs about other people especially when they want to impress the person they are talking to. I know some who often talk unpleasant stuffs to others in benefit for them to look the ‘good guy’. Don’t they know that it might be themselves who they are talking to and not who they intend to portray? Notice the kind of surrounding those people has. Do they have more positivity or they have more negativity?

I admit I talk about other people, but most of the time it’s more on appreciation and praises. Myself isn’t in favor of ruining others. It’s our reputation that’s in stake here and our credibility. If you happen to be that kind of person who is fond of talking other people’s mistakes then better change your suit ‘coz It won’t do good for you. You will only end up seeing the world full of pessimism and complaints. And, you will radiate a negative energy to your environment thus attracting negative events. If you want to have a lasting happiness, always start with yourself. Start with your mind. Try to control your unlikable thoughts and transform it into the opposite.

But if you are the people who always encounter those kind of people, better yet don’t listen. It will only give you bias perception to other people. You mind end up judging every action of others without any valid reason. Or you might end up being so suspicious in their every act.
